Catherine brings more than 25 years of sales and business development experience, including over a decade in enterprise technology serving complex business needs. Her background spans AI and speech technology, data intelligence platforms, and training in AI Strategy and AI Governance.
Lejla brings more than 20 years of experience building the systems that help organizations grow. As COO of a family law and estate planning firm, she designed the processes behind staffing, intake, onboarding, billing, collections, reporting and team accountability.
As Senior Client Services Director at a family law and estate planning firm, she built consultation, follow-up, contracting and onboarding systems. Her process retained 51% of prospective clients across more than 2,000 consultations.
She rebuilt billing and collections, with collections averaging 95%, and developed hundreds of workflows, training documents and operating procedures. Earlier in healthcare, she built departments and connected complex teams through clear processes.
She knows how to turn interest into commitment: structure the conversation, equip the team and give each new client a clear path forward.
