Many firms lack confidence in their documented close rates, for a number of reasons: unclear assumptions, inaccurate or inconsistent tracking, or a CRM that was never set up correctly. Enter your own numbers and see the rate you should be reporting, where you are losing clients before the close, and what those losses are worth.

Why we built this

Why we built this

We built this because we lived it.

We built this because we lived it.

We built this because we lived it.

Inside a growing law firm, we took over the consultation function, built a repeatable process, and trained non-attorney professionals to run it. Conversion held above 50%, with months in the 70s and 80s. But that number only meant something because it was measured the right way: signed matters over the consults our closer could actually win, with no-shows and out-of-scope inquiries tracked separately instead of quietly dragging the rate down. Most firms never see their real close rate, because the denominator underneath it was never defined. This tool gives you that number, and shows you where the signings leak.
